Booking Policy

Before booking an appointment, all clients must read and understand the following terms and conditions. All policies are non-negotiable, and by booking an appointment, you are confirming you agree to the outlined terms and conditions.

Deposit:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit must be paid by direct debit transfer.  This will be held on your file as a rolling deposit to secure all subsequent appointments and will be deducted from the total amount at your final appointment, assuming no late cancellations or no-shows have occured. If a late cancellation or no show occurs, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Appointment Confirmation:
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a text to confirm your appointment and a receipt of your transfer. At least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive another text to confirm your intention to attend. Once intention to attend is confirmed, I will send through my exact address. As I operate from a private residence, I kindly ask that you do not share my address information with anyone.

Sickness or Illness:
Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick or coming down with a sickness. As my business relies on me being well enough to work, I cannot afford to be ill as I will not be able to see other clients. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise cancellation charges will apply. With this in mind, if you feel like you are coming down with something, please let me know with as much notice as possible to avoid losing your deposit.

Cancellations and Changes:
I kindly ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Any changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will mean your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required before a new appointment can be booked.

Payments and Refunds:
While I accept both cash and card payments, I do not keep cash on my premises, so I kindly ask that if you are paying cash, that you arrive at your appointment with the exact amount. I do not accept payments after you leave your appointment, so all funds must be paid before you leave your appointment.
Refunds are not offered on any completed services, deposits, cancellation or no-show fees.
Throughout your appointment I will ask you to confirm that you are happy with the work I have done, so if there is anything you are unhappy with, please do let me know during your appointment. If you encounter any issues with the service provided (for example, any nail breaks or lifting) within 3 days of your appointment please contact me and I will arrange to see you at my next available appointment time and fix the issue free of charge. Any issues arising outside of this period will be charged at the full rate, as per my service menu.

If you arrive early, I ask that you please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time. I also ask that you do not bring guests or children to your appointment.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your service may be altered to ensure I am still on time for my next client. Please note: Failure to attend your appointment without contacting me will result in your deposit being forfeited, and you will be barred from rebooking any future appointments.
